In an era where efficiency and reliability are paramount, Torton Bodies were again chosen as a leading manufacturer of customised commercial vehicles, and we have recently unveiled our latest masterpiece—an innovative 18T truck designed for Milwaukee Power Tools. This collaboration aims to enhance the efficiency of Milwaukee's operations and enables them to reach venues previously they have not been able to.
The focus this time round was to create a vehicle which focus solely on one sector of Milwaukee’s range of tools. The result is a cutting-edge 18T truck that seamlessly integrates technology, functionality, and durability, which matches Milwaukee’s product ethos.
- Advanced Design and Engineering: Torton Bodies' team of engineers employed state-of-the-art design techniques to create a truck that maximizes both payload capacity and fuel efficiency. By utilising lightweight yet robust materials, the truck's body structure ensures optimal weight distribution while maintaining durability even in demanding working conditions, as the vehicle ventures across Europe and Middle East.
- Customisation and Flexibility: Milwaukee’s tool range is ever increasing and improving, so the simple yet effective racking system used throughout the vehicle enable them to change product as they see fit and through the course of the vehicles life.
- Technological Integration: The truck is equipped with the state of the hydraulic system which requires minimum effort from the operator. A 4mm LED screen is housed to the display side of the vehicle with integrated speakers throughout to give the full surround sound experience. A super silent onboard generator compliments the truck for when landline power isn’t available.

Through innovative design, customisation, and technological integration, the truck allows Milwaukee to reach their target audience with a professional and unique experience.
Joining up with the other two articulated display trailers which Milwaukee have on the road courtesy of Torton, all three options are transport managed by our in house drivers and operations team ensuring the vehicles are in position every day of the week where required across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
